Can you help me grind/twerk?

-theres this party on friday that im going to with my boyfriend and theres gonna be alot of grinding/twerking there. ive done it before but this is my boyfriend so i wanna really impress him. and i was hanging out with him and a couple of his friends and they were talking about it and they said that its annoying when girls do the 'winshield wiper' thing where they just move side to side. and they also said its amazing to dance with a latina/spanish girl. but im white haha. but do you have any tips/ideas?
