Looking for a kind of dance that....?

-okay so i dont know too much about dancing and its kinds and i'm looking for an elegant but interesting dance .. I mean like a combination between Ballet elegance and Hip Hop moves , not exactly that but I dont want something too slow like ballet or something to urban like Hip hop. it's for a character from a story i'm writing .. need help ! ThanksTry Contemporary, or maybe lyrical hip hop. You tube those with So you think you can dance. Does that make sense? Any way, hope you find what you are looking for! :)try jazz

you point your toes and stuff, leaps and turns, and its interesting(it doesn't have to be broadway jazz it can be sassy jazz)

or lyrical its graceful and its dancing to the music

and modern is like lyrical except its more free dancing
I would do Jazz you do splits and turns which is more ballet and you do some combinations which is more hip hop so you got the best of both worlds

Jazz is the best choice for you cause Jazz is elegant but it has some kind of hip hop style
Modern would be a good choice:) Modern dance involves a few ballet elements, but has movements that are fast, too.
