Who can help me? I need dancing tips!?

-i need help! i cant dance and i need help dancing to fast songs (country, rap) and it wouldnt hurt to learn slow dancing. please suggest websites besides youtube and nothing with a dancing dvd. and by rap, i mean songs like "yeah" by lil john.
