Tips on doing frontovers/front walkovers?

-i know they're not the same thing but i have to do one of them for my exam so anything

i can sometimes go over but i can't stay in a bridge i just collapseI assume since you are collapsing you need to work on arm strength. Arm strength is very important in these cases, so i suggest lifting weights and other things like that. Also work on coming up from a bridge faster. If once you hit the floor you are coming up, it will make it a lot easier to not collapse, because you won't be in the bridge for a long time. Also make sure that you don't tuck your legs under when you are falling in to the bridge. That will make you not land in a bridge. I also suggest looking on wikihow.com because you can find really descriptive step by step instructions on how to do it!For a front walkover, make sure you stare at your hands the entire time and don't tuck your chin while you're trying to come up. Just stare at a spot on the ground or your hands the whole time. Also push your hips forward faster when coming up!
